Position 1 Title: Housekeeper

Location: Franklin County
Position Overview:
We are adding to our existing team of Housekeepers. Our portfolio of apartment communities are predominately located in Franklin County in Union, Washington, St. Clair and Sullivan.
Key Responsibilities: Final vacant cleaning for re-occupancy, new construction cleaning, company office cleaning and common area cleaning.
What We Provide: Cleaning Supplies & Transportation
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Compensation & Benefits: $18 per hour plus full-time benefits. Business travel mileage at $0.50 per mile.
Requirements: Cleaning experience required. Valid driver'se license with a clean driving record and show proof of auto insurance on your vehicle. Pass a criminal background check.
