Position 1 Title:  Apartment Maintenance Technician

Company: Schmelz Contracting Services, a member of the ELS family of companies with over 2,300 rental homes under management.
Location: Franklin County

Position Overview:  We are adding to our existing team of Maintenance Technicians. Our portfolio of apartment communities are predominately located in Franklin County in Union, Washington, St. Clair and Sullivan.

Key Responsibilities:  Routine, make ready, and emergency maintenance service.

What We Provide:  Work van.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits:  Range of pay is $23 to $26 per hour plus full-time benefits. Based on experience and EPA license.

Requirements:  A minimum of 3 years residential maintenance is required. A type II or Universal EPA license is preferred with HVAC experience.  Valid driver'se license with a clean driving record and show proof of auto insurance on your vehicle. Pass a criminal background check.
