Our spacious 2BR-1.5BA townhome is 1,008 square feet. The living/dining room, kitchen, washer & dryer hookup and half bath are located on the main floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and full bath. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and range hood. Beautiful cabinets and lots of countertop space.

We are pet friendly! We allow up to two pets (cat or dog) with a 50lb weight restriction per pet. Pet rent is $20 per month for 1 pet and $30 per month for 2 pets. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. Call for more details regarding our pet policy.
