Whispering Meadows is a 55+ senior living community. All residents must be age 55 or over to qualify.

The resident is responsible for paying a monthly utility fee of $45.00 to the property owner for reimbursement of water, sewer, and trash. This monthly utility fee is locked in during the course of the lease term and is subject to adjustment at lease renewal.

Cable television (Select) and high-speed internet service is provided through Charter Communications at a monthly rate of $85 paid to the property owner. The monthly cable and internet fee is subject to adjustment at lease renewal.

We are pet friendly! We allow up to two pets (cat or dog) with a 50lb weight restriction. Pet must be at least nine months old. The pet must be up-to-date on all required vaccines. Pet must be spayed/neutered. We do restrict certain breeds, please call us for more information. Pet rent is $20 per month for one pet or $30 per month for two pets. We require a one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee for either 1 or 2 pets.
