The apartment is all electric with wall air conditioning and electric baseboard heaters. Please note: washer and dryer hookups are not available in this unit. Our pet policy allows up to 2 pets (cat or dog). There is a 50lb weight restriction for dogs. Must show a veterinarian report reflecting age, breed, and shot record.
