Independence Valley is an age restricted community. All applicants and residents must be age 55 and over to apply. You will be required to complete the full rental application and pay the required non-refundable application fee. Security deposit equals one month rent. 12 month lease is required. $50 application fee per applicant. Pet policy allows for up to 2 pets (cat or dog) under 50lbs.
